We offer VIP amenities and exclusive rates with our preferred hotels and cruise lines, which can be booked independently of a custom vacation package. Typically, our compensation comes from commissions built into the price paid by the hotel or cruise line.
Preferred Luxury Hotels & Cruises
$50 for each air ticket booked, as well as for any changes or cancellations.
Our in-house air desk offers competitive quotes for international flights in business and first class only. If we are planning a tailor-made vacation with us, flights and rail fees are not charged an additional service fee. Only change and cancellation fees would apply.

Consultation
Step 1
We begin with an initial consultation, either by phone or email, where we’ll discuss your travel preferences, interests, and budget. From there , we’ll create an informal itinerary, including suggested destinations, dates, and travel routes that align with your vision. If you feel we’re the right fit, you’ll complete a booking form and pay the itinerary planning & consulting fee.

Design Your Experience
Step 2
Your dedicated travel specialist will craft your bespoke travel experience, tailored to your unique desires. This includes a detailed itinerary with every element of your trip from accommodations, activities, transportation and real pricing for your review.

Reserve
Step 3
Once you approve the itinerary, a deposit is required to confirm your trip. We will inform you of the exact amount or percentage based on supplier requirements and any necessary upfront payments. Afterward, we’ll proceed with booking your hotels, transportation, and tours. Your dedicated trip manager will provide you with helpful documents and links to prepare for your journey and stay in regular contact with you throughout the planning process to ensure everything is on track.

Prepare & Depart
Step 4
The final balance for your trip is typically due 60 days before your arrival. Along with this, you will receive destination kits featuring our top restaurant recommendations and suggestions for “on your own” excursions, Your complete itinerary, including confirmed reservations, tour details, local contacts, and all necessary travel documents, will be delivered 2-3 weeks before your trip. Finally, get ready to enjoy the journey of a lifetime!
