Kate’s personal cruise experience
Recently, I had the opportunity to sail on a Regent Seven Seas Cruise from Trieste, Italy to Barcelona, stopping in ports along the way including Opatija (Croatia), Valletta (Malta), Civitavecchia, Naples, and Livorno (Italy), Saint-Tropez (France), and Palma di Mallorca (Spain).
Regent Cruises are special in that the price of the cruise includes everything; all meals, shore excursions, delicious food and beverages (in their many restaurants or on demand in your room), wifi, gratuities, and even same day laundry service. The staterooms all have balconies and our cabin also had the services of a full time butler.
From the moment I stepped onto the ship, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of luxury and elegance. Staying in a spacious penthouse suite added to the lavishness of my adventure. Its generous size and exquisite furnishings creating a serene sanctuary amidst the excitement of the cruise. The outstanding service provided by the attentive staff immediately set a welcoming tone for the journey ahead. Every crew member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, making me feel like a valued guest rather than just another passenger. Their professionalism and genuine friendliness transformed the ship into a home away from home. Here, I could relax and enjoy every moment.

The options available at the various eateries provided a chance to explore diverse flavors and cuisines, ensuring that every meal felt like a special occasion. Additionally, dining in my penthouse suite offered the perfect opportunity for room service, allowing me to enjoy gourmet meals in the comfort of my own luxurious space.
